Wooden Clock in Beautiful Brown Mallee Burr

Beautiful handmade wooden clock, a statement piece in beautiful Australian Brown Mallee Burr, amazing burr both front and back, the back of this burr is like a hedgehog. A very distinctive, timeless timekeeping treasure. Great for the mantlepiece.  This kind of burr is seldom seen and difficult to get hold of, it is extremely unique and comes from trimming the tree not felling. A gorgeous burr that is around 30 years old in the formation making this clock very unique, only one like it and when it has gone it has gone for good.
Size
Approximately 220 mm or  just over 9 inches end to end. A fine piece of craftsmanship a wooden clock for any room in the house. The clock movement is Quartz approved and tested. Designed and made by me in Shropshire, not mass produced, each of my clocks is unique, beautifully finished with beeswax polish so the natural colour of the wood can speak for itself. Care Instructions
The clock mechanism can be carefully popped out of the centre with a butter knife. The battery can be taken out for cleaning to stop the clock at any time. Occasionally a slightly damp cloth can be used if necessary. The wood will benefit from a little gentle application of beeswax once a year and will reward you with a continued shine avoiding the glass and chrome edge.
